"ObsPy 0.10.2 is a maintenance release and it contains a number of bug
fixes and minor feature improvements so we advise all users to upgrade
through one of the usual channels."

I've been going through the documentation and thus far, I have not found
the usual channel.

I tried to use my Anaconda with the following command but it returned a
conda install -c obspy obspy

followed by the error:
C:\Users\burkdani\Documents\SimplyFortran>cd c:/anaconda
c:\Anaconda>conda install -c obspy obspy
An unexpected error has occurred, please consider sending the
following traceback to the conda GitHub issue tracker at:

Is there another way to update to the latest release? I am running Windows
7, 64-bit edition.
